About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centered care to our consumers and participants while collaborating with a team of caregivers. You will use your genuine passion for helping others to positively impact our consumers' quality of life. You will be part of a dedicated, compassionate, and exceptional care team.
We offer a sponsorship opportunity for overseas nurses with AHPRA registration.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead a care team to deliver our consumers the highest quality, person-first care.
• Prepare high-quality care plans and assessments
• Maintain quality care documentation
• Ensure safe medication administration, best-practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents to align with their needs and legislative requirements.
• Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines.

 Skills and Experience: 

• Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
• Ideally, 1 to 2 years’ experience working within the aged care sector
• The ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
