What's the opportunity?
We are currently searching for an HSE Coordinator to join our team in the Notting Hill office. Reporting to the Group HSE Manager, you will be involved in supporting the development and implementation of Clean TeQ’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide support with the development of the Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and systems to ensure robust HSE systems are in place.
Promote a culture of safety awareness, injury and incident prevention across business.
Assist with the coordination, implementation and training for new HSE systems and corporate programs.
Gather and analyse statistical data for HSE monthly reports.
Monitor safety, training and health regulations; provide support to field and corporate personnel to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Maintain and update corporate HSE documents and ensure availability on company intranet.
Skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in OH&S or equivalent certification;
High level proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Previous experience in implementing safety management systems, ideally within a large complex project environment would be advantageous (1-2 years’ experience); and
A delivery focus with “can do” attitude.
