As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a Commercial Billing Officer to strengthen our billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate Invoicing & claims, strong debtor management, and reliable financial reporting across our service.
About the Role
You will be responsible for issuing invoices, managing NDIS claims, maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, and monitoring debtors to ensure timely collection of payments. The role also contributes to improving billing processes and ensuring data accuracy within financial systems.
Working closely with operational teams and the finance function, this role helps ensure services are billed accurately and revenue is recorded correctly in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
