As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a Commercial Controller to strengthen our financial oversight across client services. This role plays a key part in ensuring funding models are accurately applied, service agreements are well managed, and commercial insights support sustainable service delivery.

About the Role
The Commercial Controller plays a key role in supporting the financial and commercial oversight of our client services.
You will be responsible for preparing service agreements, analysing funding models, monitoring client profitability, and ensuring compliance with NDIS and Child Safety funding frameworks.
Working closely with operational teams and the General Manager – Commercial Finance, this role helps ensure services are delivered sustainably while meeting regulatory and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain NDIS Service Agreements and Child Safety placement agreements
• Analyse client funding models and service utilisation
• Monitor client profitability, cost structures, and financial performance
• Provide commercial reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Maintain accurate funding and client data across internal systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business case analysis
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Child Safety requirements
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure funding arrangements are correctly implemented

About You
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex funding models and data.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial operations, finance, or service agreement management
• Experience working with NDIS or community services funding models (preferred)
• Experience in disability services, child safety, or human services sectors (preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational and finance teams
• Willingness to obtain Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and LCS2 Background Check.
