With over 25 years of experience, Direct Care Resources is a trusted provider of Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access, and child protection services across Southeast Queensland.

About the Role

As Community Partnerships Manager, you'll lead strategic engagement with community organisations, government agencies, and funding bodies to drive growth and ensure continuity of care. You'll also play a key role in client intake and onboarding, business development, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and drive business development strategy as set by the Board and CEO
• Build and maintain referral networks across hospitals, community groups, and allied health professionals
• Oversee onboarding for NDIS and Child Safety clients
• Manage wellness and engagement programs for clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare performance reports and track KPIs
• Manage initial complaints and feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Clinical background (RN, EN, OT, Social Worker, or similar) (preferred not essential)
• Strong understanding of healthcare, disability, or NDIS sectors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Organised, outcomes-driven, and community-focused
• Willingness to travel for stakeholder engagement
• Full driver’s license
• Any Bachelor or Master's degree
