National People & Culture Manager | Hub Australia
Reports to: Chief Growth Officer | Hub Australia
Start date: December 2022 / January 2023.
Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Employment type: Permanent full-time
Stakeholders: This role touches every part of the business
Ordinary hours of work: Full-time. 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required to perform the duties of the role.
Team: This role manages a team of 7 within the People & Culture team across advisory, L&D, Talent and ESG.

Performance-based pay: To be discussed.
Regular interstate travel is expected. In-person attendance at the annual company gathering on a Saturday plus in-person attendance at Quarterly leadership meetings (weekdays) is expected.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate generalist to make a genuine impact in a rapidly growing business. Sitting within the People & Culture team, you will create, oversee, and manage all. With the help of a small team, you will manage our L&D program, compliance, engagement, benefits, company calendar, career pathways and succession planning for a wide array of teams and roles.
