Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a high-performing Experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a warm desk with excellent growth potential.
 
The Role
As an Experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own desk within a supportive, fast-paced environment. This is a 360 role where you’ll be responsible for business development, client management, and candidate placement. Whether you're focused on locum, contract, or permanent staffing, your industry insight and relationship-building skills will be key to your success.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Write and post compelling job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM tools to build candidate pipelines.
• Stay up to date with life sciences market trends, regulations, and role requirements.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

 
What We’re Looking For

• Experience in healthcare recruitment ideally with proven billings
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• A consultative and ethical approach to recruitment.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven.
