Description of the Role - Who You Are
Bridges is looking for a Director of Go-To-Market Strategy. If you love breaking into new markets, launching multiple staffing verticals, and leading high-performing teams, this is your sweet spot.
You will Own the Go-To-Market execution for launching and scaling Bridges' new markets. We are looking for a seller/leader and a player/coach working directly with the CEO to build repeatable sales motions, win new clients, and create predictable revenue.
 
The right candidate will be a SERVANT-LEADER, SERVANT-SELLER, and ELITE at consultative selling. Additionally, you MUST be a HIGH-CHARACTER and HIGH-PERFORMANCE individual.
 
Who You Are NOT

• Inside sales only, someone who avoids or dislikes cold outreach, someone who doesn't thrive in ambiguity/startup building

 
Requirements - Your Past Experience

• 3-5 years of staffing sales with new logo acquisition
• Evidence of building a repeatable book (not one lucky whale)
• Experience launching a new vertical, new territory, or new office
• Can run pricing/process influence conversations (not order-taking)
• Has managed a pod (BDMs/recruiters) or owned a P&L

 
Strong Preferences

• Previous responsibility building/managing a book of business to $2,000,000+ of Contract Workforce Revenue or 500k+ in Permanent Placement
• Has sold both contract and direct hire
• 1-3 years of people management and/or business unit management

 
Roles & Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through outside sales (cold-calling, meetings, events, networking)
• Manage budget and steward financial performance for the business unit
• Lead a team of recruiters, building a "Pod" for each business unit
