Foreman Requirements:
Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints.
Skillfully fine grade with a dozer.
Efficiently dig grade and lay storm drain with an excavator.
Proficient at shooting grades, figuring percentages on the pipe, and setting grades for boxes and ditches.
Strong leadership ability.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, owners, etc.
Effectively run a job independently when the Superintendent is absent.
