• Proven experience in fine grading using a dozer
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil blueprints
• Hands-on experience in grading ponds, building pads, house pads, roads, curbs, and parking lots
• Expertise in operating an excavator for laying storm drains
• Strong ability to perform grading math and set GPS lasers for storm drain installation and grading
• Comprehensive knowledge of site development processes
• Exceptional skills in operating heavy equipment
