Come Join our amazing, Employee-Owned Company and become a part of the crew! Pipe Layers are responsible for assembling, connecting, and constructing pipe systems for storm drain, water, and sewer installation. 
 
Key Duties

• Lay pipe for storm or sanitary sewer, drains, and water mains
• Utilize a grade rod to set grade
• Set and mud trench boxes
• Sets laser at the proper grade for task at hand
• Makes sure pipe is installed at the proper grade
• Assist heavy equipment operator in proper depth for the pipe being installed
• Ensures pipes are fitted and aligned properly per foreman
• Makes sure pipe is backfilled and chalked in properly
• Ensures that the trench has all the proper safety equipment in place per OSHA regulations

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs
• Ability to learn grading math
• 2 years' experience as a pipe layer on a site work or utility crew

Compensation

• Starting pay is based on experience $23-$25
