Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Location: Saint George, South Carolina
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Assignment Length: Full Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operations of our apartment complex office in Saint George, SC. This individual will provide administrative support, respond to resident inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, prospective tenants, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously
- Assist with lease paperwork, filing, and maintaining resident records
- Schedule maintenance requests and communicate with maintenance staff
- Collect and log rent payments or other fees (if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
- Support property management staff with various administrative tasks
- Ensure all office functions are performed in compliance with company policies
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred, especially in property management or customer service settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance
