We’re Hiring: Experienced Accounting Specialist

Are you confident handling accounts from start to finish—not just the final numbers? We’re looking for someone experienced and detail-focused to own the full accounting process for our large, multi-department organization.
What You’ll Do:

• Handle full-cycle accounting: from journals to final reports
• Reconcile balance sheet nominals
• Manage accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and depreciation
• Post HP, interest, and bank transactions
• Handle payroll timing differences
• Review reconciled P&L statements for anomalies
• Oversee AP and AR workflows to ensure smooth operations
• Work with Excel-based accounts—strong skills with formulas & VLOOKUPs are essential
• Meet strict monthly deadlines by proactively engaging with teams

What You Bring:

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, troubleshooting formulas)
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex accounts across multiple cost centers
• Knowledge of Sage is a bonus, not a must
