We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team at a busy pallet recycling plant. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities

• Sort, repair, and stack wooden pallets
• Load and unload pallets from trucks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with general plant operations as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• No prior experience necessary; training provided

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Competitive hourly wage starting at $10/hr
