Job Title: Receptionist – Orthodontic Office
Location: North Charleston & Summerville, SC
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday)
Starting Pay: $17/hour and up (based on experience)

We are a friendly, patient-focused orthodontic practice serving the North Charleston and Summerville communities. Our team is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are currently seeking a warm, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our front desk team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
• Perform data entry and maintain patient records in our practice management system
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
• Collect and process payments and insurance information
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or medical office preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with dental/medical software is a plus
• Punctual, dependable, and a team player

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, may vary slightly by location)

• Starting at $17/hour, commensurate with experience
