Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Warehouse setting)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues over the phone and via computer. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and maintain accurate records will help ensure our customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide support and solutions to customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Enter and update customer information and orders in our computer system
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues
• Demonstrate attention to detail when processing orders and handling customer requests

Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigating basic software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a warehouse or logistics environment
