• Must have at least one year experience in professional lawn care, preferably high end residential.
• Must be able to safely and skillfully use a lawn mower, string trimmer, edger, blower, etc. 
• Operating a truck with trailer is a plus.
• Able to quickly follow instructions and complete assignments.
• Able to communicate well and work effectively with a team or alone. 
• Able to spend the day standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, pulling, pushing, loading, shoveling, raking, etc., in all types of weather. 
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more multiple times a day.
• Must be able to help planting crew when necessary.
• Must be able to perform these tasks quickly and efficiently. This is a high paced environment.
• Able to work 40 hours a week plus some overtime including the occasional Saturday. 
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from Mount Pleasant and be at work on time every day. Note: We will not tolerate tardiness or frequent absences no matter the excuse.
