We are seeking experienced OTR Flatbed Division drivers for immediate employment. We offer a competitive pay schedule with a base rate of up to 55 CPM for drivers with over 4 years of experience, plus additional longevity pay increases. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a weekly minimum guarantee of $1,200 gross, with the potential to earn up to 58 CPM. Drivers are guaranteed home every 14 days and enjoy benefits such as vacation pay, layover pay, and various supplementary compensations including tarp pay, breakdown pay, and a lucrative recruiting bonus program.
