We’re looking for a Business administration Trainee (SIR30316) to join a leading provider of Glass & Aluminium products in Mackay. Whether you're just starting out or ready for a fresh challenge, this is your chance to learn from the ground up and become a customer service and admin superstar!

12-month traineeship with a qualified full time position opportunity upon completion.

What You’ll learn:

• Building strong relationships with customers over the phone, in person, and via email
• Supporting internal sales and processing customer orders efficiently
• Assisting with quoting, invoicing, and other admin tasks
• Booking appointments and scheduling jobs for tradespeople
• Keeping records accurate with data entry and Microsoft Office tools
