Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer questions, explain product features, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Promote current sales, promotions, and special offers.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and overall showroom presentation.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily operations and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Saturdays with a weekday off.
• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a sales environment.
