Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain plaintiff litigation files and case documentation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Track case deadlines, court filings, and case progress.
• Conduct legal research and provide general litigation support to attorneys.

 Requirements:

• Experience: Three to four years' experience in litigation
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar field; or an Associate's Degree and a Paralegal Certificate 
• Knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings.
• Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Paralegal certificate or relevant legal education preferred.
