What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team with sales sheets, presentations, product information, and showroom prep.
• Manage vendor portals and enter orders accurately into ERP/workflow systems.
• Track orders, inventory, lead times, and freight while keeping sales reps and customers informed.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory, and Accounting to keep orders on track.
• Manage returns, customer credits, and the occasional “What happened here?” order mystery.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues, discrepancies, chargebacks, and other operational curveballs.
• Keep communication, documentation, and details organized from order to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, B2B support, order management, sales support, or operations.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel and PowerPoint experience is a plus.
• ERP/database experience is helpful, but we can teach the right person.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Someone who is comfortable working independently, thinking on their feet, and figuring things out when there isn’t a step-by-step playbook.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for customer meetings or trade shows.
