You’ll:

• Coordinate loads, drivers, and deliveries
• Track shipments and handle delays or last-minute changes
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and carriers
• Update the database and keep records accurate
• Solve transportation issues quickly and calmly
• Provide great customer service—even when things get a little crazy!

You Bring:

• Logistics, transportation, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
• TMS experience is a plus
