What You’ll Do:

• Help customers by phone and email
• Process orders, quotes, returns, and account updates
• Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Shipping
• Keep customer and order information accurate
• Build great relationships with customers and follow up to make sure they’re taken care of

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of customer service or related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• B2B customer service experience is a plus
• A positive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
