Human Resources Manager
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who enjoys improving processes, developing people and helping an organization evolve. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a real impact as the company modernizes its HR processes and technology.
What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership
• Help lead the selection and implementation of new HR technology and systems
• Evaluate current HR processes and identify ways to make them more efficient, streamlined and digital
• Help employees successfully adapt to new technology, processes and ways of doing business
• Mentor and develop HR Generalist, providing hands-on training and guidance
• Handle employee relations, performance management, coaching and workplace issues
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, policies and HR compliance
• Manage payroll  
• Partner closely with leadership on workforce needs and HR initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field preferred 
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with solid experience with benefits administration, payroll, recruiting and HR operations  
• Experience improving HR processes and implementing or upgrading HR systems
• Someone comfortable leading change while respecting an established company culture
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills
• A natural mentor who enjoys developing HR professionals
• Approachable, organized and able to communicate well with employees at all levels
• Someone who sees a better way of doing something — and can actually help make it happen
