• Ideal is 3-4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal on the plaintiffs side 
• Document management and summarization of critical legal docs and case materials 
• Prepare pleadings and respond to interrogatories 
• Locate and prepare witnesses for trial plus schedule and condust interviews 
• Organize and maintain trial exhibits 
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
