We are partnering with a collaborative, HR team in Omaha to find a detail-oriented HR Generalist or Specialist for a 1–3 month administrative project. This contract phase is very hands-on, administrative, and execution-heavy.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding Redesign: Help troubleshoot, execute, and redesign the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows to give new hires an exceptional experience.
• File Digitization & SharePoint Migration: Take physical employee files and systematically organize, digitize, scan, and transition them into secure, well-structured SharePoint files by employee.
• Process Automation & Improvement: Partner with leadership to update processes as the company automates workflows. Look for operational efficiencies and bring fully thought-out ideas to the table.
• UKG & Systems Support: Utilize deep troubleshooting and execution-level administrative skills within UKG (Payroll experience is a strong plus!).

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience working in UKG and SharePoint is a must. Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• High curiosity, critical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to ask questions and bring solutions to the team.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, professional presence suited for a front-facing office environment.
• Eagerness to dive headfirst into heavy administrative data work while keeping an eye on long-term process enhancement.
