Technical Support Specialist Do you love learning new technology, figuring out how things work and then helping other people understand it?

Our client is a growing company launching an exciting new software platform designed to help businesses work smarter and more efficiently.

They’re looking for a go-getter who is excited to learn the product inside and out and become the person their customers can count on.

What You’ll Do

• Become an expert on the software and its features
• Help customers via phone, email and chat
• Troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
• Train and onboard new customers
• Explain technology in a simple, friendly way
• Identify recurring issues and work with the development team on solutions
• Help create training materials and customer resources
• Bring ideas to the table as the product continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of technical/software support experience
• Tech-savvy and excited to learn a new product
• A natural problem solver who enjoys figuring things out
• Friendly, patient and great with customers
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Self-motivated — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it
• Excited about joining a growing company and helping launch a new product
