Customer Service Representative- onsite in Omaha 

Looking for a customer service role with a company that has a fun, unique product people actually get excited about? This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a creative product that transforms homes and businesses and has a busy, energetic season each fall.

What You'll Do

• Help customers with orders, questions and problem-solving
• Work closely with the sales, operations and accounting teams
• Process orders, payments and customer information accurately
• Build great relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Assist with inventory, reporting and special projects
• Jump in wherever needed during the busy season

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or office experience
• Friendly, professional and great with people
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable with basic accounting and numbers
• Good Excel and computer skills
• Sage experience is a big plus
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table

One important note: This business has a busy season! Some evening and Saturday overtime is required September through November.
