MyStaff is partnering with a highly respected company in Omaha as they add to their HR team. This role is focused on HR operations, onboarding and employee support, with Workday experience being a must-have. This could be either an individual contributor role for someone early in their HR career or a leadership role, depending on which direction you want to go. What you’ll do:

• Manage employee onboarding from offer through completion
• Handle I-9 and employment verification processes
• Maintain employee records and HR data in Workday
• Support employee changes, HR transactions and reporting
• Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR needs
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements

  
What we’re looking for:

• Strong, hands-on Workday experience required
• Experience with onboarding and I-9 processes
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• HR operations/HRIS experience preferred
• Must live within commuting distance of Omaha
• Hybrid schedule with a combination of office and remote work
