• Documented customer interactions, follow-up activities, and service requests.
• Escalated complex questions and issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Followed established procedures and quality standards while delivering professional, timely customer service.
• Maintained confidentiality and accuracy while managing multiple customer needs and priorities.

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
