Responsibilities: 

• Make calls to confirm orders and delivery details
• Communicate order status, delivery times, changes, and delays to customers
• Document customer interactions and order updates accurately in the system
• Monitor deliveries and coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Communicate weather-related and unexpected delivery changes
• Resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Manage high call volume and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
• Comfortable with working 6a-5pm Monday to Friday
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Accurate data entry and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Reliable, organized, and able to remain professional under pressure
