Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
• Post jobs and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding
• Maintain recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with hiring practices
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ATS systems
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
