Your attention to detail directly impacts on-time pickups, deliveries, customer satisfaction, and overall transportation operations.

Duties:

• Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
• Manage appointment changes, updates, and reschedules while minimizing disruptions.
• Communicate timely updates to internal teams, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information database.
• Send updated load details and rate confirmations to carriers.
• Monitor and manage the shared scheduling inbox, ensuring requests are handled promptly.
• Navigate customer and facility scheduling systems
• Identify scheduling or execution issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple loads, systems, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology, processes, and customer-specific systems.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through from start to finish.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or scheduling.
