�� Make Customers Feel Welcome

• Greet customers with a smile and make them feel right at home.
• Answer questions and make product recommendations without the “hard sell.”
• Help customers find products that fit their needs, style, and budget.
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back.

�� Bring Your Sales Game

• Talk up current sales, promotions, and product bundles.
• Work toward—and crush—individual and team sales goals.
• Become the go-to person for fireplaces, stone, grills, casual furniture, and outdoor living products.
• Turn “I’m just looking” into “Yep, this is exactly what I need!”

✨ Keep the Showroom Looking Awesome

• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Help with merchandising, displays, and product placement.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Jump in and help wherever the team needs you.

�� What You Bring

• You’re available to work Saturdays and enjoy having a weekday off.
• Retail or commission-based sales experience is a big plus.
• You’re friendly, confident, and great at communicating with all kinds of people.
• You’re comfortable with computers, data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• You’re motivated by goals and enjoy a little healthy competition.
• You can work independently but know that teamwork makes the dream work!
