Are you the organized, detail-loving legal professional who always knows what’s due, where it’s filed, and what’s next? 
We’re looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join a busy legal team and become the person who helps keep cases moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• ✍️ Draft, format, proofread, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and other filings.
• ��️ Electronically file documents with state and federal courts and keep up with court requirements.
• �� Maintain organized litigation files—both electronic and physical.
• �� Keep attorney calendars on track by scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, and deadlines.
• �� Prepare trial binders, exhibits, discovery materials, and other case documents.
• ⏰ Track critical deadlines and help ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
• �� Communicate with clients professionally, courteously, and confidently.
• �� Assist with billing, time entry, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• ⚖️ Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, preferably in litigation.
• ��️ Strong understanding of court procedures and e-filing systems.
• �� Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• ��️ Experience with legal case management software.
• ✨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• �� Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• �� Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
