What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives to support a positive employee experience.
Administer employee benefits, HR policies, and programs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Partner with managers to provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations.
Coordinate training programs, performance review processes, and other strategic HR initiatives.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership by providing timely HR support, guidance, and problem resolution.
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, collaboration, and employee engagement efforts.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role.
Strong working knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
