Accounting Analyst (12-18 Month Contract)
 
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support our client's accounting team in a 12-18 month contract role. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and wearing multiple hats, we'd love to hear from you!
 
Responsibilities

• Process payroll and troubleshoot payroll tax issues.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor setup, and purchasing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Review purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
• Support month-end accounting and financial reporting.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, payroll, or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills are required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and working with large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
