Responsibilities

• Enter and update data with speed and accuracy.
• Verify information and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain electronic records and databases.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Process forms, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
