• Field service calls, questions, and schedule appointments
• Coodintate the daily schedules for tech and dispatch them througout the Omaha metro.
• Maintain customer files by entering schedules and call notes
• Proven and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solve and priortize the needs of customers
• Build lasting and trusting relationships with customers
• Coordinate maintenance agreement appointments
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and support efficient job staging
• Provide guidance and support to the service team 
• Review completed work orders, equipment history and service documentation
• Generate reports and work with the accounting team on invoicing
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
