Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process and update customer orders accurately.
Provide shipment and order status information.
Resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to support customer needs.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Post high school education and previous customer service or similar experience is preferred. Previous customer service, order entry, or sales support experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
