Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing space, is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 3 month temporary assignment to support their growing hiring needs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting candidates with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Review and screen resumes for a high volume variety of open positions.
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Support the recruiting team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a corporate recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
Previous experience in logistics or supply chain recruiting required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles at once.
A proactive, adaptable approach with a strong sense of urgency.
