Seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Sr Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and evaluation of competitive compensation

Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation plans that align with market trends, business objectives, and cost-management strategies.
Support all aspects of the annual compensation review process, including salary structure analysis and administration of base and variable pay programs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department leaders to develop new job descriptions and revise existing roles as needed.
Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Provide compensation guidance and recommendations to support talent acquisition, retention, and organizational growth initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional Human Resources projects that support strategic business goals and workforce initiatives.
Contribute to multifunctional teams and coordinate compensation-related projects from planning through implementation.
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for leadership decision-making.
Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of four years of experience administering market-based compensation programs and/or performing financial analysis, including cost modeling, data interpretation, and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and organizational changes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive compensation and employee information.
