Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, or social media) while maintaining a polite and empathetic tone.
Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and process returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Product & Policy Knowledge: Provide accurate, clear information regarding pricing, product specifications, and company policies.
Account Maintenance: Process orders, calculate charges, update account details, and process billing or payments.
Record Keeping: Document all interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to four years customer relations experience
Experience with computers and 10-key required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Multi-tasking and deadline driven preferred
Working directly with the sales staff to help assist in various tasks
