Business Development Territory Manager
Midwest--Wisconsin, Minnesota & Illinois

Position Summary:
This role focuses on managing key agricultural accounts and driving growth across the business. The position works closely with Sales, Estimating, and Customer Development teams to support annual planning, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver effective solutions across a range of agricultural operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow relationships with key agricultural customers
· Support sales and estimating efforts to develop competitive, customer-focused solutions
· Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute annual sales and growth strategies
· Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
· Communicate market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to leadership
· Align customer goals with company objectives to drive long-term success
· Coordinates with the Business Development Team unit to develop, prioritize, and execute plans consistent with long-range company goals.
· Provides insight to the estimating team - Counseling margin targets and reviewing monthly against the targets.
· Deliver the Annual Plan: Manages the business sales strategy to ensure delivery of the annual volume, trade, and profit plan (nationally, channel-specific, Joint Business Planning, etc.).
Qualifications:
· BS or BA in Business or equivalent in a related field
· 3-5 years Ag related industry experience
· Experience managing & assisting with the execution of strategic and tactical plans
· The ability to travel approximately 45% if needed - no weekends, but day trips to prospective & established customers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
· High aptitude in customer relation, sales, and marketing strategies
· Effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Strong initiative and good decision-making abilities
· Able to read and clearly understand engineering drawings
· Have solid mathematical skills in all units of measure
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
· Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and meeting deadlines
