Duties: 

• Support underwriters by entering policy and client information into rating systems accurately
• Prepare new and existing accounts for underwriting review
• Process policy endorsements and assist with renewal underwriting activities
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with agents to obtain missing information, signatures, and policy clarifications
• Provide administrative support to underwriters to help maintain efficient workflow and service turnaround

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and two years college, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
