• Index and upload files into the imaging system
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Re-scan or correct files as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable handling confidential information
