Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Assist with trial preparation, case strategy, and witness coordination.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Perform legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda.
• Work closely with attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide updates on case status.
• Stay current on legal developments, case law, and changes in legislation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar Association.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience across a variety of case types preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of litigation procedures and courtroom practices.
• Experience with legal research platforms and litigation management technology.
