Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a professional and friendly approach.
• Educate customers on products and provide clear answers to questions.
• Guide customers in selecting products that fit their style, space, and needs.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Present current promotions, specials, and package options.
• Achieve individual and team sales performance goals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of fireplaces, stone, patio furniture, grills, and outdoor living products.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and product placement.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support team members and assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Available to work Saturdays with a scheduled weekday off.
• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in sales.
