Maintenance Lead and Technician
My client is looking for someone to take care of their luxury apartments in Elkhorn, townhome and family homes. This is a beautiful community with high end finishes, beautiful club house, pool, and a dog park. It's well maintained. And the company is opening a new location this Summer, followed by another community coming soon
They need someone who knows how to fix everything from changing light bulbs, to fixing minor plumbing and HVAC. For the Supervisor they would like someone with HVAC EPA license and ability to get certified for pool maintenance.
Most importantly must be a people person! They love their residents and want them to be taken care of with kindness. It also helps if you love dogs as this is a pet friendly community.
They use a maintenance ticket system and need good follow through to follow up on projects.
Experience: Need 2 years of property maintenance in multi-family living Must be a true handyman that knows how to trouble shoot and fix appliances, blinds, doors, windows, change light bulbs and more.
